Welcome to the equestrian center at Stall Verdens Ende

At our equestrian center, Stall Verdens Ende, we take great pride in providing a welcoming, friendly, professional and memorable experience for all riders at all levels. Horse welfare and safety are key factors at our establishment, and our small team of staff are always on hand to give you an enjoyable and safe time with our horses.

We are located at the southernmost tip of the island of Tjøme in Vestfold, Norway. Verdens Ende (which means World’s End) is one of the most popular scenic spots in the area, with panoramic views of the Skagerak and fishing facilities. Our closest neighbour is the Visitor Center at Færder Nasjonalpark. Here you find the iconic replica of a Vippefyr, an early type of beacon or lighthouse, erected in 1932.

Riding activities

– 30 minutes riding excursion.
Groups of 2 persons or more. Also suitable for children.

We advise all riders to wear:

Suitable footwear like boots with a raised heel.
Sneakers without heel or hiking boots with a flat rough grip sole are not permitted.

GlovesWe have a limited number of helmets and body protectors that we can lend to our customers.
In our reception/boutique you can also buy suitable riding gear.

“Den lille dyrehagen” (Our little zoo)
During summer, from end of June until medio August, you can visit our little zoo.
11:00 – 15:00 every day. – Free entrance –
We have several animals, like small horses, chickens, rabits, pigs and sheep.

You can participate in funny activities like throwing milk bucket and horseshoe.
In our reseption you can buy tickets for horse cariage trips an pony riding, and also some treats for the animals.

About us
Monica Larsen, international certified riding instructor 3 III, is the owner and manager of Stall Verdens Ende. Monica started her riding career at an early age. She has multiple times won the Norwegian Championship in show-jumping and she has competed internationally for several years.

Stall Verdens Ende was established in 1996. At our Equestrian Centre we are stabling 40 horses at 2 stables. One with Riding school horses and the other with private horses. At our establishment we have a big indoor riding arena and two outdoor riding arenas, all suitable for dressage and show jumping.
